The warmth of the wood, the onsen, the delicious meals, and the heartfelt hospitality were truly impressive. I would love to visit again and perhaps stay in the annex next time or reserve a meditation room. Thank you so much!

The dishes had a light flavor that highlighted the ingredients, but salt and moromi were provided to enhance the taste if desired (though it was delicious even without adding anything!). They also explained the concept of ancient cuisine, making it an enjoyable experience. If you stay here, definitely give it a try!

Our facility and the detached annex "Uyato Ben," along with its exclusive private bath, were designed by Atelier Egumi and received the 2011 JIA Architectural Excellence Award. These unique guest rooms combine modern Japanese style with ancient artifacts. Special attention was given to soothing lighting, such as in the water areas and downlights. The main building's entrance was also transformed with a conversation space surrounded by compacted earth spheres in an ancient style, creating a "Ancient & Modern" atmosphere.
Experience ancient cuisine recreated and transformed into delightful hospitality dishes, a kaiseki course featuring Shimane brand ingredients, and a course showcasing local renowned Shussai pottery tableware. Savor the ancient and modern Izumo through taste and sight.
At our facility, we offer various Plans tailored to different occasions, including seasonal Plans. Enjoy a trip to the mythical land of Izumo and the hot springs of Japan's three beauties at a reasonable price.
