When using the Facility, which is frequented by many guests, we kindly ask for your cooperation in washing your hands, gargling, and sanitizing. Based on the basic policy for preventing the spread of COVID-19, Atagawa-kan is implementing the following measures to ensure a safe and secure environment for our guests and staff. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Please make sure to sanitize your hands at the entrance when using Atagawa-kan. Preventive measures for guests: 1) Disinfection and cleaning of each Room, public spaces, and areas that may be frequently touched. 2) Placement of sanitizers in public spaces, elevators, and each Room. 3) Alcohol disinfection of Room keys. 4) For everyone's safety, we will inquire about your health condition (temperature, physical condition, etc.) during check-in. 5) Meals are served in your Room, and for two guests, dishes will be served side by side. 6) Suspension of banquet hall and meeting room usage to prevent crowding. 7) For those who wish, we can prepare futons in advance. 8) Support for telework, including free provision of Wi-Fi, fax, and copy services. Measures by our staff: 9) Thorough handwashing, mask-wearing, and health management (including temperature checks). 10) Meals are served with measures such as wrapping to prevent airborne transmission. 11) In cases of suspected infection or close contact, we will respond according to the instructions of public health centers and medical institutions.
