Our property was originally a traditional restaurant, and even today, as a Ryokan with fine dining roots, we take special care with our cuisine. Tamashima is the culinary heart of Kurashiki, where fresh seasonal fish from the Seto Inland Sea arrives, and it is also known as the birthplace of fruits such as peaches and muscat grapes. Making the most of these rich local ingredients, we invite you to enjoy our expertly prepared kaiseki-style dishes, beautifully presented on carefully selected tableware.
