COVID-19 Prevention Guidelines At our Facility, we are implementing the following measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and to protect both our guests and staff. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation. ※ Measures for Guest Safety ※ Hot pot dishes and sashimi platters are being served individually as much as possible. Regular cleaning and disinfection of the public bath and changing rooms are conducted. Staff health management and hand disinfection are strictly enforced. Staff members wear masks. Protective sheets to prevent droplet infection are installed at the front desk. Disinfectant is provided for guests throughout the Facility. Shared equipment within the Facility (elevators, doorknobs, remote controls, hairdryers, etc.) is disinfected. Ventilation within the Facility is enhanced. Guests who are not feeling well may be asked to refrain from staying. During check-in and check-out, we kindly ask guests to maintain as much distance as possible. ※ Requests to Guests ※ If you or your companions fall under any of the following conditions, or in the event of a COVID-19 infection occurring at our Facility, we may ask you to Cancel the Reservation. In such cases, no Cancellation Fee will be charged. - Possibility of COVID-19 infection. - A family member or close acquaintance suspected of being infected. - Visiting from areas under a state of emergency declaration or stay-at-home advisory.
