Measures to Prevent COVID-19 Infection and Spread Thank you very much for your continued patronage. At Ishigakijima Beach Hotel Sunshine, in order to prevent infection and the spread of COVID-19 and other viruses, we are implementing the following measures with the health and safety of our guests and employees in mind. We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation. [Measures within the Hotel] 1. Installation of alcohol-based hand sanitizer 　Hand sanitizer is available at the Hotel entrance, lobby, restaurant, restrooms, elevator halls on each floor, and other areas. We make every effort to keep supplies replenished. 2. Enhanced disinfection and cleaning 　We regularly disinfect high-touch areas (such as guest room doorknobs and doors, elevator buttons inside/outside, stair handrails, restroom doors, etc.) with alcohol-based disinfectant and have strengthened cleaning throughout the Hotel. 3. Ventilation within the Hotel 　Ventilation is continuously maintained through air-conditioning systems; additionally, some doors and windows are opened periodically. 　Guest rooms are ventilated by opening windows and doors during cleaning. 4. Provision of antibacterial wet towels 　At restaurants and other food & beverage venues, we provide antibacterial wet towels with strong antiviral properties. [Measures for Employees] 1. Health checks before work 　All employees record their temperature before starting work. If an employee has a fever or cold-like symptoms such as coughing, or feels unwell, they must report to their supervisor and remain at home. 2. Thorough hand hygiene 　Employees sanitize their hands upon entering the building and after using restrooms. 3. Refraining from non-essential outings/events 　Employees are instructed to refrain from non-essential business trips as well as attending gatherings or events where large numbers of people may be present. 4. Wearing masks 　Employees wear masks while serving guests. Thank you for your understanding. [Requests to Guests] 1. Upon arrival at the Hotel / when entering restaurants: please cooperate with temperature checks, wearing a mask, and using alcohol-based hand sanitizer. 2. At breakfast: when taking food or drinks, please wear disposable gloves and a mask. 3. Alcohol-based hand sanitizer is available throughout the Hotel; please use it as needed. 4. When settling your bill: we kindly ask for your cooperation in using cashless payment whenever possible. 5．If you feel unwell during your stay: please inform a nearby staff member.
