Due to the impact of COVID-19, people’s travel and face-to-face interactions have been restricted. At Resort Hotel Tateshina, in order to provide a stay where guests can relax and unwind from daily stress, we are implementing infection-prevention measures throughout the entire Facility and sincerely adapting our services as needed. —Measures Across the Entire Facility— In accordance with the response methods recommended by Japan’s Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, we are taking the following infection-prevention measures so that guests can use our services with greater peace of mind. Hand sanitizer is available at various locations within the Hotel, including the front desk. Please use it frequently and help us by disinfecting your hands regularly. Please also note that we conduct temperature checks for employees and partner companies’ staff, and all Hotel staff will serve you while wearing masks. If you experience coughing, fever, or any other symptoms or feel unwell during your stay at our Hotel, please feel free to inform a member of our staff. Guests with a fever of 37.5°C or higher will be asked to visit a medical institution in accordance with guidance from the public health center. If an infection is confirmed, use of the Hotel may be restricted until permission is granted by a physician. —Measures at Our Facility Restaurants— “Hygiene Management” Measures As part of our efforts to prevent infection related to COVID-19, and with consideration for guest health and public hygiene, we are implementing the following measures: • Alcohol disinfection for all guests upon entering the restaurant • Alcohol disinfection of frequently touched surfaces Avoiding “the Three Cs” (Closed spaces, Crowded places, Close-contact settings) To help create a stay that avoids closed spaces, crowding, and close contact, we are implementing the following measures: • Managing congestion and staggering entry times • Increasing spacing between restaurant tables to approximately 2 meters
