To prioritize our guests’ health and safety, we have thoroughly implemented infection prevention measures. ■ Installation of alcohol sanitizer and enhanced disinfection throughout the building - Alcohol sanitizer is available at the entrance and dining area, and we ask guests to sanitize their hands. - Public spaces within the Accommodation are disinfected with alcohol as needed. - Frequently touched areas are regularly sanitized and disinfected with alcohol. ■ Staff health management - Staff members wear masks, wash hands thoroughly, and check their temperature before coming to work as part of infection prevention efforts. If a staff member has a temperature of 37.5°C or higher or feels unwell, they will not be allowed to work. ■ Use of gender-segregated indoor baths - The indoor baths will have a limit on the number of users. ■ Front desk measures - A protective sheet has been installed at the front counter to prevent droplet transmission. ■ Dining area To prevent contact between guests, both dinner and breakfast are served in private rooms. ■ Request for cooperation: identity verification, health check, and temperature screening upon arrival - Please monitor your physical condition prior to your stay. - At check-in, we will confirm your temperature using a non-contact thermometer. If a fever of 37.5°C or higher is detected, you may be asked to refrain from staying in accordance with instructions from the public health center. - At check-in, we ask all guests to present identification (driver’s license, health insurance card, etc.).
