Meals
The meals were delicious, and the sashimi was very fresh. There were several types of open-air baths, which we really enjoyed. The owner couple were very kind and even helped us with local sightseeing recommendations, which was greatly appreciated.

Misunderstanding
Whenever I make a Reservation online, I decide based on the meal photos, but this time I didn’t read the details carefully. I mistakenly assumed I could eat other dishes for this price and ended up expecting too much... Disappointing—it was about what you’d expect for the price. It was an inexpensive and clean Hotel, but “indoor bath” didn’t mean in the Room; it meant within the Hotel. Even if you want to use it right away, it felt like you can only go in when it’s available—almost like waiting your turn—which may be one reason it’s cheap. I’m also concerned that the photos online were different from the Room. It was my fault for not checking carefully before making a Reservation, but next time I’ll look closely, Check Reservation details properly, and Reserve.

Maybe my expectations were too high...
I made a Reservation after reading Reviews saying the seafood was delicious and plentiful. However, it did not meet my expectations. There were only three kinds of sashimi, and nothing stood out. I wanted to enjoy my meal slowly with a drink, but staff were watching from the entrance the whole time, and used plates were cleared away one after another immediately, so I couldn’t relax and eat comfortably. It’s an ordinary guesthouse with an Onsen. I don’t think it’s at the level to book through IKYU.

A great accommodation.
They picked us up at the station, and we enjoyed a clean Room, delicious meals, magnificent views, and the Onsen. We had a very satisfying stay. Thank you very much.

Seafood galore, meals are good.
Although it is a Ryokan in the mountains, the meals are full of seafood delights. The bath is a simple Onsen, and the water quality is excellent! Since it is far from the station and downtown area, it might be better to use a car.
