  • Everything was extremely satisfying.

    From the moment we arrived until we left, the hospitality was truly wonderful and deeply impressed us. The proprietress quickly remembered my daughter’s name and even came to greet us at dinner, and the staff who served our meal had such warm smiles. We thoroughly enjoyed the delicious food. We were also able to relax and fully enjoy the Onsen. I was happy that we could take a photo with the proprietress when we checked out. We would love to visit again, and we appreciate your continued hospitality.

  • This is an Accommodation I would love to stay at again.

    Thank you for hosting us for one night.From check-in to check-out, everyone—men and women, both younger and more experienced staff—was very pleasant, and we could really feel your commitment to warm hospitality.The food was delicious, and we enjoyed every dish. I usually find the proprietress’s greeting at any Accommodation a bit difficult, but this time it was enjoyable and we ended up chatting a lot. We will come again.

- By car: Via the Joshinetsu Expressway—exit at Ueda-Sugadaira IC, then take Route 141 and Route 143 toward Bessho Onsen (about 30 minutes).

■ From Nagoya:
- By public transport: Take the Chuo Main Line to Shinonoi Station, then transfer to the Shinano Railway to Ueda Station; take the Ueda Kotsu Line and get off at Bessho-Onsen Station.
- By car: Via the Chuo Expressway and Nagano Expressway—exit at Asaji IC, then take Prefectural Route 2 and Route 143 toward Ueda.
