During busy periods, priority access to the bath is given to guests staying in Rooms without a bath and to guests with children (bath time is 50 minutes per Room). We do not accept advance Reservations for bath time. The bath is also available in the morning (6:30–8:00).

About Hygiene Measures
- We will limit the number of guests staying at our Accommodation. - For the time being, we will consider the Accommodation fully booked with 4 Rooms (normally 5 Rooms). - Dining tables will be spaced at least 2 meters apart, and we will ensure thorough ventilation. - Breakfast buffet service will generally be replaced with individually served meals. - If sharing from large platters is unavoidable, tongs will be provided for each table. - Public areas such as the dining room, shared toilets, and stairways will be cleaned by wiping with disinfectant solution. - Disinfectant solution will be available in these public areas. - We will ensure adequate ventilation at all times. - Please refrain from staying inside the library and playroom. - After selecting books, picture books, toys, etc., please enjoy them in your Room or in the dining area. - Please do not return used books, picture books, toys, etc. to their original places; instead, place them in the designated return basket. - At the start of each shift, staff will take their temperature and complete a health check. - Staff will thoroughly sanitize hands and gargle regularly, and assist guests while wearing masks. We will pick you up at Kurodahara Station.

[If arriving from sightseeing spots, etc.]
If you would like to be picked up after sightseeing, we can pick you up directly as long as the location is within 15 minutes one way from our Accommodation.
In that case, please inform us of the pick-up location.
Examples: Stained Glass Museum, Teddy Bear Museum, etc.

2. Pick-up time
Regardless of the location, pick-up time will be around 3:40–3:45 PM.
If this time does not work for you, we apologize, but please use a taxi or other transportation.

3. Drop-off on the following day
You may decide your drop-off destination by check-in day.
As with pick-up, drop-off is limited to locations within 15 minutes one way from our Accommodation.
Even if we are unable to provide pick-up for any reason, drop-off on the following day is still available.

4. Drop-off time
Drop-off will be after other guests have completed check-out; please plan for sometime after 10:00 AM as a guideline.
We regret that we cannot accommodate drop-offs before 10:00 AM; thank you for your understanding.
