Robata grill featuring a strong focus on locally sourced ingredients

A culinary-focused accommodation that takes pride in its dedication to food, offering fermented products like soy sauce, miso, and koji, as well as cultivating pesticide-free natural rice and honey from its own farm. Ingredients are carefully selected for safety and local production for local consumption, including river fish nurtured by the spring water of Mt. Hakusan, top-grade Hida beef directly delivered from neighboring Hida in the Hakusan foothills, hand-picked wild vegetables in spring, "Hotaru Rice" grown in pristine soil where fireflies thrive, and seasonal locally-grown pesticide-free vegetables. The signature Irori charcoal-grilled dishes allow you to savor the authentic flavors of countryside hearth cooking.

Notice from the Accommodation

  • Private Open-Air Bath

    About Bathing

All baths in our accommodation use heated water from the underground streams of Mt. Hakusan, not Onsen water, due to the impact of a disaster near the hot spring source in 2021.
On busy days, guests can use the large public bath with an open-air bath from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM. After this time, only showers are available until 9:00 AM. Morning bathing is not available; however, showers can be used during morning hours.

On other days, we operate large public baths on a gender-swapping schedule or offer one free session (50 minutes per session for up to three people) in our private baths that are usually charged. Guests may book multiple sessions depending on group size. Morning bathing service is unavailable; however, morning showers can be used either in the large public bath or private baths.

The specific arrangement will depend on reservation numbers and will be informed upon check-in on your arrival day. Regardless of arrangements, all guests will have access to bathing facilities.

We kindly ask for your understanding and look forward to welcoming you to our accommodation.
