Congratulations on your 47th anniversary—I hope you’ll celebrate your 50th and 60th as well. Roasting marshmallows after the meal looked like so much fun. The thoughtful attention to detail and care in the dining experience was wonderful. Even after the concert at the Highland Lodge Music Hall, there’s still plenty of time to make it for dinner. From now on, I’ll be staying in the Kiyosato area.

We use over 90% locally sourced ingredients from Hokuto City, Yatsugatake, including vegetables from Yatsugatake, carefully selected and homemade beverages by the owner, as well as blueberries and herbs harvested at "Natural Garden," located just a 5-minute walk from our facility.
Natural Garden
Blueberries planted 15 years ago provide a delicious harvest every early summer. In spring, their lily-of-the-valley-like flowers and vibrant red autumn leaves are a visual delight.
Lounge
A country house Hotel adorned with ivy. Since its opening in 1979, we have been highly praised for our unchanging warm hospitality and delicious meals. Surrounded by the idyllic scenery of Kiyosato Highlands, time seems to flow gently here. We hope to assist you in creating such a relaxing journey. The interior features natural country-style decor with antique tables, chairs, and display shelves that exude the warmth of wood. Enjoy our handmade cookies and tea as a welcome service. In the evening, experience cozy hospitality with marshmallow roasting by the fireplace.
