With the spirit of both France and Japan, we aim to express flavors and ambiance that match the modern era in each dish. We also pay close attention to the tableware, table settings, and the decor of the restaurant to enhance your dining experience. Our service ensures that warm dishes are served warm and cold dishes are served cold. Chef Seiji Masubuchi Using carefully selected local ingredients, I want to share with many people just how delicious French cuisine can be! While rooted in the rich traditional techniques of French esprit, we welcome you to a world of French cuisine that harmonizes with the modern era.
Authentic French cuisine
We use fresh vegetables from Shizuoka Prefecture, herbs from our own garden, seafood from Sagami Bay and Suruga Bay, and domestic ingredients such as Hitachi beef from Ibaraki Prefecture. Not only do we ensure safe and reliable ingredients, but we also incorporate your preferences to create original dishes crafted by our chef. Known as the "Magician of Sauces," our chef carefully prepares a variety of sauces using abundant ingredients and ample time. These sauces perfectly complement the expertly cooked ingredients, delivering the finest dishes to your table.
The crackling fire in the fireplace not only warms the body but also soothes the soul. You can enjoy your breakfast in a warm atmosphere in the morning.
