This was our second stay in four months, and my husband and I stayed for one night. Just like the first time, we were able to relax completely.During our first visit, I wasn’t feeling well due to overwork, so I only managed to use the bath in our Room once and didn’t get many chances to talk with Madame. This time, I was in perfect condition, and I was truly happy to be able to visit again.As before, the cuisine was beautifully presented and of course tasted wonderful—we enjoyed everything all the way through dessert. We were genuinely moved by the chef’s uncompromising dedication.Also, on this second visit, we really realized just how high Madame’s level of hospitality is. She remembered exactly what drinks we had ordered last time, and we were impressed by her unwavering commitment to exceptional service.Next time, I’d love to visit with my sister as well—she loves traveling and good food. 一人旅も二人旅も大好き 9/13/2026The meals were absolutely delicious. We really enjoyed chatting with the hostess. Since only one party stays per day, you can relax without worrying about others—it was very comfortable. However, the roads around Izu Kogen are narrow and winding, so getting there was a bit nerve-racking. On the way back, we were guided to a slightly easier route and were able to reach wider roads quickly. We would love to stay again.

With the spirit of both France and Japan, we aim to express flavors and ambiance that match the modern era in each dish. We also pay close attention to the tableware, table settings, and the decor of the restaurant to enhance your dining experience. Our service ensures that warm dishes are served warm and cold dishes are served cold. Chef Seiji Masubuchi Using carefully selected local ingredients, I want to share with many people just how delicious French cuisine can be! While rooted in the rich traditional techniques of French esprit, we welcome you to a world of French cuisine that harmonizes with the modern era.
Authentic French cuisine
We use fresh vegetables from Shizuoka Prefecture, herbs from our own garden, seafood from Sagami Bay and Suruga Bay, and domestic ingredients such as Hitachi beef from Ibaraki Prefecture. Not only do we ensure safe and reliable ingredients, but we also incorporate your preferences to create original dishes crafted by our chef. Known as the "Magician of Sauces," our chef carefully prepares a variety of sauces using abundant ingredients and ample time. These sauces perfectly complement the expertly cooked ingredients, delivering the finest dishes to your table.
The crackling fire in the fireplace not only warms the body but also soothes the soul. You can enjoy your breakfast in a warm atmosphere in the morning.
