A plan to enjoy a full meal with an increased number of dishes and volume, featuring local ingredients and homemade vegetables in traditional hometown cuisine, as well as Joshu beef, local mushrooms, and vegetables grilled over charcoal in a private room. [Meals] For dinner, enjoy traditional hometown cuisine using local ingredients and homemade vegetables & charcoal-grilled dishes at the private dining area "Roan" with a slow pace in a private room. [Bath] You can use five baths and seven different bathtubs exclusively.

The room with the appearance of a traditional storehouse features a Japanese-style room made of white wood and a mezzanine (about 5 steps). It is designed to be spacious and comfortable. Petit renovation completed in October 2022 - 12 tatami mat Japanese-style room - Equipped with air conditioning and heating - LCD TV (AQUOS, 32 inches) - DVD player - Massage chair - Humidifier with air purifier function - Wifi available - Washroom - Hairdryer - Toilet with warm water shower - Electric kettle - Tea set - Cold water pot from Sarugakyo Onsen - Mini fridge (empty) During winter, we provide "kotatsu" [As a measure against COVID‑19] - Installation of alcohol disinfectant - To minimize entry into your Room, we will prepare the futon in advance. The main dish features locally renowned Joshu beef and pork, along with fresh local vegetables and mushrooms, grilled on a lava stone plate over charcoal. Enjoy over 10 dishes, including appetizers, sashimi, tempura, simmered dishes, salt-grilled river fish, and dessert in a private and relaxed setting.
