■■■ About "Avoiding the Three Cs" at Hana Sato ■■■ Hana Sato is a small Property with only 7 Rooms. There is no crowding during check-in, nor do we offer buffet-style dining. Additionally, we operate with a focus on avoiding the "Three Cs" (closed spaces, crowded places, and close-contact settings) as follows: ● Limiting the number of Reservations Although we have 7 Rooms in total, we limit the number of Reservations we accept. ● Restrictions on the number of guests Our Property is exclusively for adult guests. We kindly ask that children of elementary school age or younger do not stay with us. ● Regarding meals While meals are usually served in the dining area for both breakfast and dinner, we provide meals in a way that avoids crowding as follows: Private Rooms (2 groups) + Dining Area (4 groups) In the dining area, guests are seated at alternating tables, with space between tables, and partitions are installed between tables. ● Regarding bathing The baths at Hana Sato are gender-segregated communal baths. However, we have placed signs at the entrance to indicate the usage status, allowing guests to use the baths at their discretion to avoid crowding. (Usage hours) Morning: 6:00 AM – 10:00 AM Evening: 1:00 PM – 12:00 AM ■■■ About "Hygiene Management" at Hana Sato ■■■ ● All staff members wear masks at all times. ● Alcohol disinfection is thoroughly implemented throughout the Property (Rooms, restrooms, entrance, dining area, baths, etc.). ● The proprietress ensures constant alcohol disinfection during food preparation. ● Ventilation is thoroughly maintained in the dining area and hallways within the Property. ● Request to guests regarding temperature checks On the day of your visit, if you have a fever of 37.5°C or higher or symptoms such as coughing, we may ask you to refrain from staying. We kindly ask for your understanding in this matter.
