Candeo Hotels Osaka The Tower will open in the northern Osaka area as the largest and most internationally oriented Hotel in the Candeo Hotels chain. A key feature of this Hotel is the “Sky Spa,” a rooftop sky spa with an open-air observation bath built at one of Japan’s greatest heights (135 m above ground). Guest rooms are located on floors 18 to 31, and every room offers stunning views of Osaka City.

  • I was soothed by the window-side sofa and the wonderful view.

    The Room was thoroughly cleaned and very tidy. It was a twin Room, but quite compact—so much so that we had to move the table a little to make space when sitting on the sofa. Still, the sofa by the window was very comfortable, and we were able to relax while enjoying the view.I understand it can’t be helped due to the layout, but the toilet was also quite small, and I bumped my knees a few times when opening and closing the door. The washbasin area was also a bit dim. There are plenty of mirrors, but it’s not ideal for doing makeup, so I recommend using the powder room in the large public bath in the morning.On the other hand, the large public bath was excellent. When I first got in, the water felt quite lukewarm, but it gradually became properly warm and very relaxing. The view from both our Room and from the large public bath was wonderful, and I think you can probably enjoy great views from any Room.Breakfast was delicious as well, and overall we were very satisfied. This time we enjoyed the daytime scenery, so next time I’d like to stay again during Nakanoshima’s illumination season.

    Due to a legally required inspection of our electrical equipment on the date below, a scheduled power outage will take place throughout the entire Hotel.
    As a result, some services will be limited during the outage.

    ■ Scheduled Power Outage
    ・January 11, 2027 (Mon/Holiday) 12:00–24:00 (planned)
    　* From 10:00 AM onward, the Hotel will close progressively.

    ■ Impact on Your Stay / Important Information
    ・We will not be able to store luggage on that day.
    　* Parcel delivery acceptance is available until 9:00 AM that morning.
    ・Check-out time will be earlier than usual at 10:00 AM.
    　* The CLUB CANDEO member benefit “stay until noon” will not apply on this day only.
    ・The Sky Spa will close at 9:00 AM.
    ・Breakfast will be served from 6:30–9:30 (last order at 9:00).
    ・“THE Cs SKY DINING,” “THE Cs SKY CAFE,” and “THE Cs SKY BAR” will be closed all day.
