WEAZER Nishiizu Kai is a private, whole-building rental Accommodation limited to one group per day, embraced by the rich nature and tranquility of Nishiizu. With a spacious 150 m² guest room and a generous site of over 1,000 m², you can enjoy an extended stay of up to 28 hours (check-in at 11:00 on the day of arrival – check-out at 15:00 the next day), in a one-of-a-kind space designed to savor time itself. Enjoy sunset drives and stargazing that let you feel the beautiful passage of time in Nishiizu, a variety of retreats with breathtaking ocean views (sauna, spa, yoga, etc.), and activities that immerse you in the nature of Suruga Bay (introductory diving, strawberry picking, etc.). For dinner, we offer a special dish at our affiliated Facility selected as “Selected” in the Michelin Guide Hotel Selection 2025. This Accommodation also features an off-grid design developed in-house that generates 100% of its own electricity and water. Without relying on existing infrastructure, it delivers an eco-friendly stay in harmony with this land. Guest rooms at WEAZER Nishiizu Meguri are a single-story villa of approximately 150 m². Designed by SUPPOSE DESIGN OFFICE, which blends Japanese tradition with contemporary sensibilities, this is an exclusive private rental limited to one group per day. While just a short distance from the sea, it sits on a rare terrain embracing a valley—Suruga Bay stretches out before you, and a V-shaped gorge opens beneath your feet, creating a truly one-of-a-kind setting. The property features a private garden of over 1,000 m², where you can experience nature up close—after rainfall, for example, a small stream appears. From the large ocean-facing openings, enjoy ever-changing sea views as the living area, terrace water feature, and Zen space seamlessly merge with the surrounding landscape. In this warm space that highlights natural wood textures, you will also find an open-air-style bath and sauna—offering a deeply restorative retreat that frees both body and mind.
Dinner will be served at our affiliated property, LOQUAT Nishiizu, selected for the Michelin Guide Hotel Selection 2025 “Selected.” Set in a traditional Japanese house with over 100 years of history, enjoy an exceptional dinner surrounded by tranquility and elegance. Shuttle Service to and from the dining venue is provided by private car. Centered on French and Italian cuisine and incorporating Japanese culinary techniques, we offer a seasonal full-course menu inspired by the region’s history and nature—an experience found only here. Floral arrangements that complement the culinary concept further enhance this refined moment to be enjoyed with all five senses.

“Ida Salt,” said to have been presented to Emperor Anko in ancient times. This rare natural salt is difficult to obtain and is used by renowned restaurants in Tokyo. You can experience the traditional, precious salt-making process, simmered over firewood for 13 hours using an ancient method. *Advance Reservation required.*
Enjoy sea fishing in the bountiful Suruga Bay. We provide a full set of fishing gear and will guide you to the best fishing spots. From spring through autumn, we can also arrange boat fishing. Any fish you catch can be prepared at our property for you to enjoy during your stay. *Boat fishing is available by advance Reservation only.*
We will take you to a sunset spot unique to West Izu. (About 15 minutes from your Room by Shuttle Service vehicle.) On clear days, you can enjoy views of both the sunset and Mt. Fuji.
