    I stayed here on a business trip to Okinawa. Regarding the multi-story parking garage operations that others had mentioned, the staff explained everything carefully, and I was able to park without any stress. It would be even better if there were a space near the entrance of the garage where guests could temporarily place their luggage. The front desk staff at check-in were professional; although they were from overseas, communication was not an issue. The Room was very spacious for one person, as this is a condo-style Hotel (in a good way). There were many features that highlighted the benefits of a hotel condo, such as a large refrigerator, a comfortable sofa, and a spacious vanity area. The view of American Village from the lanai was also wonderful. Staying just one night felt like a waste—I think this Hotel is ideal for families planning a Multiple Night Stay. I’ll stay here with my family next time!

  • The Ultimate in Convenience

    Located in American Village, it’s incredibly convenient—within walking distance of both shopping and the beach. There’s also an AEON nearby, perfect for souvenirs and shopping during longer stays.The Room was a comfortable size, there’s a large public bath, and the breakfast was delicious—very satisfying overall.The staff may not feel particularly polished, but they were friendly and left a great impression.The parking is mechanical so it can take some time, but it might be better than leaving your car out in the blazing sun.
