Unwind in two private residences nestled in Inuyama’s castle town, where the spirit of the Edo era lives on.

Have you heard of the plant called "Honeysuckle"? This plant, whose name means "enduring winter," has been used as a medicinal herb since ancient times. In Inuyama, it has also been transformed into sake, supporting the health of local people for over 400 years. Our accommodation is located in a former brewery and main house where this honeysuckle sake was crafted. It is a place to experience the "healthy living" and "gentle moments" that this plant inspires. All of this takes place in the quiet streets of Inuyama, away from the hustle and bustle. With a glass of sake, a bowl of rice, and the fragrance of one flower— we hope to bring gentle space to your heart and body.

  • Since it was a short trip nearby, we hadn’t planned much, but the staff recommended places to visit and we were able to enjoy sightseeing in the area. The Room, renovated from an old merchant house, still had a slightly aged feel, but it felt fresh and unique. The meals were all carefully prepared dishes, and we were very satisfied. All of the staff provided thoughtful service that anticipated our needs, which made our stay very comfortable.

  • I had always wanted to stay in a traditional Japanese house, and as soon as I found this Accommodation on social media, I made a Reservation. It was even quieter and more relaxing than I expected—an Accommodation where I could forget the rush of everyday life and truly feel time slow down. The meals, with rich and flavorful dashi, were excellent. The only disappointment was that the power switch was a little hard to find when boiling water in the Room.I really appreciated how kind and attentive the staff were. After dinner, an evening walk through Inuyama’s castle town was also charming and enjoyable.
