Owner-chef Hirata’s strong vision—“I want a building that gains depth with time; not something sleek, but one that embraces the rawness of nature”—was brought to life by architect Junya Ishigami over the course of ten years. We welcome you to fully experience Owl’s space while enjoying a meal featuring ingredients recommended by Hirata, paired with drinks in perfect harmony.
