I recently stayed for the second time, and it was truly a wonderful Hotel.In addition to the comfortable atmosphere throughout the property and the delicious meals, what impressed me most was the thoughtful attention of all the staff.This trip also served as a celebration of my daughter’s pregnancy, and they kindly prepared separate menu options for her, so we could relax and enjoy our meals with peace of mind.With discreet yet attentive service that anticipated our needs, it became a trip filled with gratitude.Thank you very much for taking such great care of us.Thank you!
It was a wonderful Hotel, and we were very satisfied with our stay.The Room was spacious and very clean. The Facility was well equipped, and we were able to relax in comfort. The soundproofing was also excellent, so we could enjoy a quiet stay without being bothered by noise from outside.Every Italian dish at dinner was delicious, and breakfast was also very good. The large public bath was clean and pleasant, and we used it many times during our stay.It is close to the Old Karuizawa area, making it a convenient location for sightseeing, dining, and shopping. We enjoyed both our time at the Hotel and exploring Karuizawa.Overall, everything felt very well done—this is a Hotel that made us want to stay again. For us, it was an almost perfect stay.The only thing that stood out was the parking. Since we used the second parking lot, getting back and forth to the Hotel felt a bit inconvenient. Other than that, there were no complaints at all, and we would definitely like to stay again.
