  • A Hotel stay that satisfies you in every way

    Although I live in Osaka, I stayed at Patina Osaka, which is very close to my home. Above all, the hospitality was outstanding in every aspect from check-in to check-out, and even though it was a short one-night stay, it was an extremely satisfying Hotel stay. The meals (in-room dining) and breakfast were both delicious—I was impressed the entire time. The turndown service was also meticulous, with everything kept spotless; the service was truly attentive, making it the most comfortable Hotel I have ever stayed at. It is also very pet-first, so my family and I could relax with complete peace of mind. I will definitely be back again. My heartfelt thanks to all the hoteliers at Patina Osaka. Thank you so much!

  • A one-of-a-kind Hotel where you can relax and enjoy a leisurely stay with views of Osaka Castle.

    Choosing a Room with an Osaka Castle view was absolutely the right decision—it made for a truly memorable stay. The Room was new and spotless, and I was genuinely moved by the experience of being able to enjoy a panoramic view of Osaka Castle all day long. Since it was such a special occasion, we ordered in-room dining at night, and it felt like having a private restaurant reserved just for us. The food was excellent, and we could order various items even late at night—an incredibly attentive Hotel experience overall. The anniversary treats were also wonderful: an umeboshi with rice inside and a plate decorated with pumpkin seeds were both new flavors for me, delicious, and very impressive.One disappointment was that the pool was packed with inbound guests and felt like a public pool, and there was also a Chinese guest who started speaking loudly on the phone. I had been looking forward to it, but ended up leaving quickly.That said, everything else about the stay was perfect. I would definitely like to stay again, and it’s a Hotel I can confidently recommend to others.
