  • We had a relaxing stay.

    I checked in late and didn’t use the lounge, but there were various services depending on the time, so I’d like to use them next time. They upgraded my Room, and I stayed in and enjoyed having a spacious Room all to myself. Both the room service and breakfast the next morning were delicious, and perhaps because of the quality ingredients, I didn’t feel heavy afterward. The bathtub in the Room was large and helped me relax, and the towels were from Hotman with a nice feel against the skin. Amenities were available at the front desk, but I used what I brought with me. All staff members were kind, so I felt at ease throughout my stay.

  • We had a relaxing stay.

    After check-in, it was great to have sweet potato chips, monaka wafers, and drinks such as sparkling wine in the lounge. They also poured iced coffee into my bottle, so I could relax in the Room and enjoy it while taking in the view. Since check-out is at 12:00, I was able to swim in the infinity pool and unwind in the jacuzzi as well. The Sorano Hotel I had been wanting to visit was amazing.
