We stayed here for sightseeing in Osaka. As it is a new Hotel, it was very clean, well located, and conveniently close to the station. The Room was also well cleaned, and the staff were excellent.The price was reasonable, and we are considering making this our regular place to stay. We will use it again on our next trip to Osaka.
This time, I stayed here while traveling with my mother, who has difficulty walking. From the moment we entered the hotel, they seemed to notice her using a cane, and at check-in the front desk staff kindly offered advice and suggestions to make things easier for her. Thanks to their support, we were able to move around comfortably and had a very pleasant stay. They also checked in on us politely by asking if we were okay, and I’m glad we chose to stay at this hotel. My mother said she would like to stay here again, which shows how comfortable and relaxing it was for her. We booked a sea-view Room, so the scenery was beautiful and it was quiet at night. All of the staff greeted us warmly and handled everything courteously with wonderful smiles—I highly recommend this place. Breakfast can involve a wait when there are many guests staying, so I recommend going with extra time. We were lucky not to have to wait because our timing was good. My personal highlight of the meal was the wide variety of desserts—we enjoyed them together like we were at a café! I also recommend the breakfast!
