■Private Villas Surrounded by Vast Forests ・All villas are private rentals. Each features a living pavilion, a bedroom pavilion, and a garden terrace with an open-air bath. ・The bedroom pavilion includes two guest rooms for a spacious and relaxing stay. ・Loungewear and amenities are provided in full. (Please see the villa page for details.) ・The living pavilion is equipped with a kitchen, refrigerator, and cooking utensils—feel free to use them at your convenience. ・Enjoy complimentary Hokkaido soft drinks, SONEKA original craft beer, and Hokkaido Classic beer from the refrigerator. ・Each villa offers a variety of in-room activities and equipment, including a thermal pool, net bed, and fire pit. All villas also feature a natural free-flowing open-air Onsen bath. ・Every villa has an open-air bath with breathtaking panoramic views of the four seasons in Watsuka—available 24 hours a day. ・Enjoy moor Onsen water, known as one of Japan’s rare “beauty-skin” hot springs. ・Swimwear is required when using the open-air bath. ・Even in winter, you can fully relax in the thermal pool and open-air bath. ■Important Notes With the concept of “Enjoying the land of Hokkaido / Watsuka,” our Accommodation offers an active yet enriching stay where you can experience magnificent nature with all five senses. Please read the following information carefully before your stay and kindly ask for your understanding. (Services) ・Guest support is available from 7:00 to 22:00. ・After 22:00, we provide emergency assistance only. ・You may send your luggage to us in advance of your stay. When shipping, please be sure to write your check-in date and the Reserver’s name on the package before sending it. ・Please refrain from sending perishable items or fragile valuables. ・We offer a paid private Shuttle Service from New Chitose Airport to SONEKA. If you wish to use this service, please let us know at least 30 days prior to your check-in date. 　※Please note that we may not be able to accommodate requests depending on Reservation status. (Check-in) ・Check-in is available from 15:00 to 21:00. If you will arrive late, please inform us in advance. 　✻ If we do not hear from you after 21:00, your Reservation will be automatically canceled. In this case, a Cancellation Fee will apply according to our cancellation policy. (Meals) ・SONEKA does not have an on-site restaurant. ・Each cottage includes a kitchen as well as a microwave oven/toaster oven combo unit (microwave & toaster), cooking utensils, and basic seasonings (salt/pepper/sugar/salad oil). You are welcome to bring your own ingredients. (Insects & Wildlife) ・Our Accommodation is located amid abundant nature. ・Insects and small animals live nearby; leaves or insects carried by wind or trees may occasionally appear in outdoor thermal springs or open-air baths. We would appreciate it if you could enjoy this as part of staying in harmony with nature unique to this area. (Children’s Stay) There are potentially hazardous areas such as wood stoves and fire pits; please ensure children are supervised by their guardians at all times for safety. We provide children’s toothbrushes; long-shirt style pajamas for children (for height approx. 120–130 cm); and children’s slippers (20 cm). Please request these either by advance Reservation or upon arrival. If larger sizes are needed, we will provide adult amenities instead. (Hot Spring Tax / Accommodation Tax) Accommodation fees do not include Hot Spring Tax or Accommodation Tax.
