  • It was wonderful.

    The Room and service were excellent, and the teppan kaiseki at Natori River was truly outstanding. Although it is limited to two parties per day, we were the only guests that day, so it felt like a private stay and we were able to enjoy both dinner and breakfast at a relaxed pace. We stay at Accommodations of a similar class several times a year, and this was one of the best value Accommodations we’ve experienced in quite some time.

    This is a Hotel I’d love to stay at again if I have the chance. There was ice cream in the lounge, and my grandchild was thrilled. The Room we booked was spacious and comfortable, so even though my grandchild had their own Room, they ended up sleeping together with us. The meals were buffet-style, which was just right—we could choose what we liked without overeating. I was also surprised to find an escalator on the way to the dining venue; it was my first time experiencing that, and it made everything feel even more exciting. The large public bath had lots of thoughtful features as well, and my grandchild even tried the waterfall shower.Also, my grandchild wanted to watch the DVD from their Room in ours, and although you must have been busy, a staff member kindly set it up for us. Thank you very much for all your help.
