The kindness of the staff, the comfort of the Room, and the truly delicious cuisine—everything was as wonderful as always.It has been three years since reopening, and I was heartbroken to hear the sad news that it will close in November. I am truly disappointed and at a loss for words. It was a superb auberge. I will visit again before it closes.

Each dish is crafted with unique sourcing born from close relationships with producers and delicate techniques that highlight freshness. Savor the special flavors of the day paired with carefully selected wines, and enjoy a truly indulgent and relaxing time. *The restaurant serves dinner/breakfast exclusively for guests using "AUBERGE." Guests staying under "B&B" Plans are not included but may dine at the restaurant for dinner if space is available. Please contact the Facility directly for details.
The "Water Garden" can only be experienced at "Nasu Muku no Oto." This magnificent creation is the result of meticulous calculations and delicate sensibilities by architect Junya Ishigami. Despite its breathtaking beauty, it is a place that makes you want to close your eyes and take a deep breath when standing before it. Even as you stand in the "Water Garden," the scenery naturally continues to change over time.
