  • The hospitality is excellent.

    The service was outstanding, and I’m truly glad we chose this Hotel.All the food and drinks were delicious.On the front desk floor, there were coffee and cold barley tea available, and in the lounge area they even provided ice bars and Yakult for the next morning—everything was thoughtfully taken care of.Of course, we also enjoyed the late-night soba.We had a wonderful stay with nothing to complain about.

  • The in-room bath was great.

    As we were traveling with a family member who has difficulty walking, we requested a Room near the elevator, and you kindly arranged one right in front of it, which was a great help. The hinoki bath in the Room smelled wonderful, and the free-flowing hot spring water was silky and left our skin smooth. Thank you as well for lending us a shower chair. You also called a taxi for us when we left, which was very helpful. Thank you very much.
