    We stayed again around the same time as last year.Our child absolutely loves this place, and we happened to be able to make a Reservation the day before,so we decided to go at the last minute—and it was amazing as always!Perhaps there had been a cancellation, because when we arrived at the front desk, we were told our Room had been upgraded,and we felt both sorry and truly grateful.During our stay, our child was able to play the whole time,and the adults also had a wonderful time.We will definitely stay again next year.(This year there were even more things to play with than last year, which made it even better.)

  • The kids’ reactions were even better than we imagined!!

    I stayed here with my parents and my younger brother’s family.The kids’ area is very well equipped, so we expected the children to enjoy it—but they had even more fun than we imagined. We stayed for two nights, and they were so excited, saying, “I want to live here!!” The kids’ area is open from 7:00 a.m., and they were already playing there before breakfast (lol).It was wonderful to be able to show my parents how happy the children were, and it felt like a meaningful way to give back.In addition to the kids’ area, there were plenty of other things to enjoy, such as the lounge and the firefly event. We would love to stay again soon—not just next year.Lastly, all of the Hotel staff were always kind and helpful. Their smiles were lovely, and thanks to them we had a great time. Thank you very much.
