Hokuriku’s first and only one-of-a-kind sushi auberge, featuring a private spa and sauna with breathtaking views.

Have you heard of Notojima? A beautiful, nature-rich island floating as if embraced by the Noto Peninsula, known as a treasure trove of ingredients. Here, a new charm of Noto has been born. The first of its kind in the Hokuriku region and rare even in Japan, a sushi auberge. Using the finest ingredients nurtured by the blessings of the Sea of Japan, skilled artisans who honed their craft at renowned establishments in Ginza and Kanazawa offer you exquisite sushi. The guest rooms, limited to just eight, all feature ocean views. With a special private wood-fired sauna, you can enjoy a breathtaking panoramic view of the serene Nanao Bay. On clear days, the majestic Tateyama Mountain Range appears in a mystical light, and if you're lucky, you might even catch a glimpse of wild dolphins. Indulge in a one-of-a-kind sensory experience that can only be found here, and immerse yourself in the harmonious connection with the grand nature of Satoyama and Satoumi.

  • This was my fourth stay. Once again, I had an exceptional time. I was comforted by the warm hospitality of everyone, including the manager. The delicious sushi and perfectly paired sake were outstanding! From the carefully prepared breakfast dishes—starting with the local vegetable salad—to the grilled dried nodoguro, everything was exquisite. This is an Accommodation I would love to visit again. Thank you very much.

  • Our first time in Noto.Every year, we stay at various seaside places on family trips, and this time we were able to spend a truly memorable moment. You kindly checked in with us about the view affected by the earthquake, but we felt that was part of our connection as well, and we want to cherish it.Everyone on Notojima was so warm, and it was clear how deeply they care for Noto—it really came through to us. The hospitality here is the best we have experienced among all the Accommodations we have stayed at.The sushi dinner featured mostly local ingredients from Noto and the surrounding area. Everything was so fresh—full of items we don’t usually get to eat—and we were genuinely impressed. The staff’s every gesture was pleasant, making our stay very comfortable. For breakfast, we enjoyed a delicious meal while looking out at the sea and feeling time pass slowly. I believe their commitment to local ingredients and caring for what matters is what makes it taste so good. It’s not an easy place for us to revisit due to the distance, but this is a truly wonderful Accommodation that makes us want to return in another season.

Notice from the Accommodation

  • Notice of Changes to the All-Inclusive Service

Thank you very much for your continued patronage of our Accommodation.
Since opening, we have welcomed guests with an “all-inclusive” style in which beverage charges were included in the Accommodation Fee. However, amid ongoing increases in the cost of ingredients and other items, we have decided to review our services so that we can keep price increases to a minimum and continue offering more guests the opportunity to enjoy their time with us.

Starting with stays from September 1, 2026, beverages ordered during meals will be provided for a fee.

Until now, this has been especially well received by guests who enjoy alcoholic drinks; going forward, we aim to create a space where everyone—including those who do not drink alcohol—can stay more fairly and comfortably.
Please note that welcome drinks and the in-Room minibar will continue to be provided free of charge. We hope you can relax with a drink after your arrival.
We will continue striving to provide hospitality that meets your expectations.
We sincerely appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

For stays through August 31, our services will remain unchanged as before.
However, please note that the following are not included:
    - Certain beverages such as Japanese whisky (a menu is available)
    - Beverages or food other than what is pre-stocked in the guest room (we do not offer room service)
    - Additional nigiri sushi at dinner (an extra charge applies)

  • About Accessibility (Barrier-Free Facilities)

Our property has two floors, but due to the nature of the Facility, there is no elevator. If you are concerned about using stairs, such as for elderly guests, we recommend making a Reservation for the KUKI or NEYA room.
Please also note that access to the private spa and sauna requires using stairs. Thank you for your understanding.

  • Impact of the Earthquake and Views from the Guest Rooms

Following the Noto Peninsula Earthquake on January 1, 2024, we resumed normal operations on April 19, 2024. We would like to express our sincere gratitude to everyone who has offered support and words of encouragement.
In front of the four guest rooms—MAGARI, KUKI, SANAMI, and NEYA—there is a work site operated by Ishikawa Prefecture that is being used for post-earthquake recovery and reconstruction. As a result, depending on the day, cranes or other equipment may be visible from your window. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause during your stay and kindly ask for your understanding in support of Noto’s recovery. For guests seeking the best views from their room, we recommend staying in SUSO or KODA.
