  • Highly satisfying

    I stay in Hakone every year. This Hotel was relatively affordable among those in Hakone with private open-air baths in the guest Rooms, so I made a Reservation without high expectations. But the service was extremely attentive, the Room was very clean, and the Facilities were exceptionally well maintained... In short, it exceeded expectations by far. The staff’s sense of distance was very comfortable, and thanks to that I had a truly relaxing stay. I’m sincerely grateful. Thank you very much.

  • It was a wonderful accommodation.

    I was able to relax both mentally and physically.The Room was spacious, and the open-air bath was very pleasant. I felt that a bit more consideration for privacy from outside views would have been nice.Most of the staff were foreigners, but their service was very polite and excellent.Both dinner and breakfast included plenty of vegetables and were gentle on the body.I look forward to staying again.
