Fukuoka, a vibrant city bustling as the political, economic, and cultural hub of Kyushu. Blessed with abundant nature and a mild climate, it is also renowned as a culinary capital. In the heart of this dynamic city, The Ritz-Carlton, Fukuoka opened its doors in June 2023. Inspired by "Hakata-ori," one of Japan's three major textiles, the Hotel weaves a story of spinning and weaving threads throughout its design. Offering guest rooms and suites with a minimum size of 50 square meters, the Hotel features four restaurants and two bars that encapsulate the culinary allure of Fukuoka, a 25-meter pool and spa overlooking Hakata Bay, and The Ritz-Carlton Club, where guests can enjoy five daily food presentations. We are dedicated to providing our guests with a comfortable stay and unforgettable memories.

    It was an absolutely wonderful stay.When I asked to leave my luggage before check-in, you kindly accommodated my request, which allowed me to go about my plans with peace of mind.The moment I stepped into the Hotel, I was enveloped in a refined yet glamorous fragrance that instantly made the experience feel special.All of the staff were impeccably presented, with polished manners and elegant language. Every interaction felt delightful and memorable.The Club Lounge presentations were all excellent. In particular, the Pasha coffee served at afternoon tea and the specially paired sweets were exceptional—I truly enjoyed a luxurious and uplifting time.I also stopped by the bar before bed, where the bartender created one original cocktail after another tailored to my preferences. It felt like being in a dream.In my room, I initially found the shower controls a bit difficult to use, but when I contacted you, a staff member came right away and explained everything clearly, which was very helpful. Above all, the bed was more comfortable than anything I have ever experienced, and I slept wonderfully.Thanks to you, it became an unforgettable trip. I would love to stay again.   • Anniversary Stay

    We stayed here to celebrate a friend’s anniversary.Although it was a Standard Room, it was spacious enough, and we were truly touched that you even prepared a surprise gift.Every time we stepped into the lobby, someone greeted us right away, and we never felt inconvenienced in any way. We sincerely appreciate the wonderful service from all the staff.In the evening we visited the bar, and at lunchtime we enjoyed sushi at Genju—everything was delicious and very satisfying.We would definitely like to stay again.
