  • Overall, I am satisfied.

    Overall, everything was great—the location, the Room amenities, the public bath, and the staff service. We also enjoyed Toyama’s delicious water from the water dispensers on each floor. If I had to mention one thing, around 08:00 the breakfast dining area was very crowded, and since our table was near the entrance, there was a lot of foot traffic and it was hard to eat at a relaxed pace. I expect this could be avoided by going earlier.

    In my rush to book online, I accidentally made a Reservation for two instead of three.It was during the Obon holidays and the Hotel was fully booked, but I truly appreciate how quickly you helped resolve the issue. Thank you very much.
