A true master chef explains each dish carefully right in front of the guests—because only when guests are delighted can one be called first-class. This philosophy lies at the heart of Ota’s cuisine and gave rise to “Kyakumae-ryori” (chef’s counter-style dining). To let you enjoy Tadomichi Ota’s signature Kyakumae-ryori even more closely, we have created a counter-focused restaurant and, with an emphasis on privacy and comfort, equipped all six rooms with “Kinsen” open-air baths. Reborn as a Ryokan pursuing an even higher level of luxury. With thorough evolution in both facilities and hospitality, please enjoy an even more premium, captivating retreat for adults.

  • It was my first time staying here.

    This was our first stay as a parent and child. The Room was very clean, and it was the perfect environment to enjoy the Onsen anytime. The meals were carefully prepared and truly delicious. Even after checkout, we were impressed by the attentive hospitality, including Shuttle Service to the Rokko Mountain ropeway. We would love to stay again.
