    As there was availability, we were upgraded for free from a Standard Room to a Superior Room.The in-room washing machine was very helpful, especially since I had forgotten some underwear during the summer.The Room was spacious and the bed was large, making our stay very comfortable.However, the lighting overall was quite dim and hard to see. The bathroom also had a light, but it was so dark that it was difficult to tell whether it was on or off.The staff were very courteous. I wanted to use the late checkout until 1:00 PM offered for posting a Review, but when I mentioned that I could only post the Review after 1:00 PM, they said checking out at 1:00 PM would still be fine.I called during the busy morning checkout time, but thank you for your pleasant and helpful response.

    Clean, spacious Room, and very well maintained.The entrance and the entire property are stylish.The staff are friendly, and best of all, it’s in a great location just a short walk to Dotonbori.Will definitely stay again.
