The meals are absolutely exceptional. During the game meat season, we enjoyed delicious dishes, and the vegetable-based cuisine was equally impressive. It made us want to visit again in a different season. However, breakfast was slightly underwhelming (the service was excellent, and the hot pot was tasty, but for a Japanese-style breakfast, one more dish would have been appreciated).
wulandari504 1/10/2026We experienced the essence of Satoyama. Being right next to N-san's sake brewery was intriguing, and visiting turned out to be a great decision. We took an early morning flight from Tokyo, had tempura lunch in Kanazawa City, and returned by Shinkansen. The taxi didn't recognize the property name but managed with N-san's brewery. Although it was a closed school, the building was clean and pleasant, with high comfort in the room and facilities. Dinner was fun and interesting, but breakfast was truly exceptional for me personally. We enjoyed stargazing from the rooftop after dinner and walking around the stone quarry after checkout as well as exploring N-san's brewery.
