Hizen-Hama, the birthplace of the sake "Nabeshima," has been a bustling post town for sake brewing since the Edo period. The townscape, which still retains its historical charm, has been designated as an Important Preservation District for Groups of Traditional Buildings by the Japanese government. Within this area stands "Onyado Fukuchiyo," a traditional building with over 230 years of history, revived with a touch of elegance and comfort, offering exclusive stays for one group per day. Experience the fusion of Japanese sake and cuisine with all your senses at "Soan Nabeshima." Guests staying at the Property will be guided through the usually private Fukuchiyo Sake Brewery by the toji (master brewer) and brewery staff.
