  • I was satisfied!

    We stayed here to celebrate my sister’s anniversary.Our Room was on an upper floor, and the romantic view overlooking the harbor was wonderful. I was truly touched to find flowers arranged in the Room with a card attached.The Room was spacious, and there was also a hot bath Facility, so we were able to spend our time very comfortably. When I asked the front desk for recommendations for local cafes, they kindly took the time—despite being busy—to print out a detailed map and even contacted the cafe to confirm their business hours.They made our one-night trip feel absolutely special.If I have another chance to visit Nagasaki, I would definitely like to stay again.

  • We had a wonderful time.

    The time in the lounge was especially comfortable and enjoyable. The service was outstanding.Of course, the Room was also clean and comfortable.Also, thank you for creating such a wonderful experience at the tempura restaurant. The tempura was delicious, and I felt that offering local sake along with explanations of each one enhanced the flavors even more. I will definitely visit again!However, I was dissatisfied with the check-in experience---! Please be a bit more professional and attentive to guests!Other than that, it was an excellent stay. Thank you very much.
