Crystal-clear, beautiful waters from two hot spring sources, paired with exquisite local cuisine made from locally sourced ingredients.     We traveled with a child, and they thoughtfully provided a diaper trash bin and a kids’ amenity set. Since we have a child, we requested a Japanese-style Room; it was spacious, and sleeping on floor bedding felt safe. The dining area was also completely private, and both dinner and breakfast were delicious! In the private space, we could relax without running into other guests. It seemed to have been renovated, and overall it was a clean Ryokan.
