    Although it is a luxury Accommodation, the hospitality is outstanding and it offers great value for the price!We could also enjoy the Summer Night fireworks beautifully from our Room, which made for wonderful summer memories.We will definitely visit again.Thank you very much for everything.

  • Lake Suwa After a Long Time

    The trip from home was a bit long and left me tired, but the gorgeous welcome dessert and a soak in the Onsen really refreshed me. After a delicious dinner, we even got to watch fireworks, which lifted my spirits again. Relaxing in a lovely Room while listening to jazz, I also enjoyed the complimentary wine—everything was taken care of. They even offered a car wash service. Choosing this Hotel made for a truly wonderful trip. Thank you very much.
