About Hygiene Measures
COVID-19 Prevention Measures At Aloft Tokyo Ginza, based on the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare’s “Basic Policy for COVID-19 Countermeasures” and Marriott’s hygiene standards, we place the health and safety of our guests and associates first and have implemented infection prevention measures. We carry out regular cleaning and disinfection throughout the Hotel. Associates wear masks while on duty and thoroughly practice frequent handwashing, gargling, and alcohol-based sanitizing. Hand sanitizer is available at the Hotel entrance, around the front desk, and near elevators. The entire Hotel, including guest rooms, is also ventilated regularly. We ask guests to wear masks in shared areas and to help maintain social distancing. Guests with the Marriott Bonvoy app can use Mobile Check-In as a contactless service via smartphone. Please note that some seats in our restaurants and bar may be unavailable in order to ensure social distancing.
