  • It was great.

    Although my flight was delayed and I arrived after check-in hours, thank you for kindly accommodating me. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options and was delicious. They were also very helpful with storing my luggage after check-out and arranging a taxi.

  • The Hotel staff are kind.

    I wasn’t sure how to use the coffee maker in the Room, so I called the front desk from the Room, and a male staff member came up and explained it to me. Even though they are extremely busy with near-full occupancy almost every day, he was truly kind and helpful. Despite such a high occupancy rate, everything is still spotless with no signs of wear—probably thanks to the hard work of the cleaning staff. The Room’s flooring was also very clean. It isn’t large, but the layout is very efficient and easy to use, and the placement of mirrors is well thought out, making it comfortable.Breakfast was good in terms of selection, but even though I tried to go at a relatively quiet time, it was crowded and noisy.
