  • Everything is wonderful.

    Our family of three stayed for two nights.From the moment we arrived, everyone—from the parking staff to the front desk team—was courteous and attentive, which we really appreciated.The Room was spotless and very clean, and we were impressed throughout our stay!The breakfast buffet was delicious, and the location was close to Kokusai-dori and the station—everything was wonderful.We would love to stay here again!

  • With Diamond benefits, ...

    Once again, I stayed at my favorite Hewitt Naha using the IKYU Diamond benefits. As always, the Room, breakfast, and 1:00 p.m. checkout were excellent—thank you.However, one disappointment this time was that I rented a parking space by car for the first time, and it was not linked to the checkout time. I will of course pay any additional charges, so please bill me via IKYU.Also, please work on improving the hospitality of the older male staff member who manages the parking area. His language and manner were far below what is expected in a Hotel setting.A request to both IKYU and Hewitt: Please provide a more detailed and courteous explanation of what is included in the Diamond benefits.
