    The Room, room service, meals, and Onsen were all truly wonderful—we were completely satisfied with our stay!Thank you very much to all the staff.The pajama fabric was soft and very comfortable to wear, so I bought a set as a souvenir.I’d love to come back again as a treat for myself.

    With the risk of torrential rain bands being widely discussed, I considered canceling the trip altogether, but I’m truly glad I decided to visit HAKONE NICA.The calm, high-quality Facility, the silence where outside noise never bothered me at all, the thoughtfully crafted menu and outstanding execution of every dish—and wine and Japanese tea pairings that complemented each course perfectly. Everything was exceptional, and it was a stay I could genuinely be satisfied with.Above all, what impressed me most was the staff’s warm smiles and hospitality.
