  • An Accommodation with an exceptionally delicious dinner

    If you’re staying in Gero for the architecture, Yunoshimakan is the place; if you’re staying for great food, I’d say this is it—Suimeien. Every dish was delicious, and the ayu sweetfish in particular was outstanding.The annex where we stayed was an adults-only area, which may be why it was so quiet at night. I was able to truly relax for the first time in a while. It also felt special to have access to a private Onsen reserved exclusively for annex guests—it was a fun and memorable experience.Both large public baths had towels available at the entrance, so there was no need to go back to the Room to get one. I could enjoy the Onsen anytime on a whim without bringing anything with me. (I especially liked the large bath on the first floor.)There is also a spot inside where you can enjoy coffee while looking outside; after breakfast, I spent a relaxing time reading there. I was amazed at how spotless everything was throughout the property—surely thanks to the excellent work of your housekeeping staff.It truly became a wonderful trip. Thank you very much. I will definitely stay again.

  • The Onsen water quality was excellent.

    I stayed on August 31. Sightseeing in the lingering summer heat was tough, and I ended up drenched in sweat.However, I enjoyed the Gassho Village even more than the original Gassho Village.The Onsen after sweating so much was amazing, and the water quality was so good that I couldn’t bring myself to get out of the bath.
