  • Conveniently located...

    Conveniently located near Dogo Onsen Station,the view from the Room was great, with Dogo Onsen Honkan and Matsuyama Castle visible. The window glass had a pattern, so it would have been even better if it were completely clear.The Room was clean and comfortable, with a nice sense of cleanliness.The large public bath on the top floor was also very relaxing, and I especially recommend the open-air bath!We used the buffet for both breakfast and dinner,and there were many local dishes and unique items—everything was delicious.Dinner was a half-buffet,but we were very full, so I thought it would be nice to have a Plan with buffet only (it may already exist...).Also, I’d be happy if there were mandarin orange juice at breakfast!It was also great to have live piano music in the evening.

  • A new, clean, and quiet Ryokan

    We drove there and got a little lost, but a staff member was waiting outside and guided us to the parking area. The Room was clean, and there were disposable amenities for two people, including shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and soap, plus plenty of other amenities. The bath availability was shown on the TV, so when we went during an open time it felt like a private bath and we could relax. There were towels and bath towels in the Room as well, but the Onsen also provided bath towels and towels, so we didn’t need to bring them from the Room. To get to Dogo Onsen Honkan, there is a passageway next to the front desk that connects near Honkan, so you can get there with hardly any exposure to rain. The staff were courteous, and I recommend this Ryokan. It’s a Ryokan that makes me want to visit again.
