Introduction of the Accommodation
A hub for revitalizing the entire city, offering a small yet open space where you can experience the next generation of Tokyo.

Before Tokyo became a major financial district, Nihonbashi thrived as the commercial hub during the Edo period. Kabutocho is also home to Japan's first bank, "The First National Bank," established by Eiichi Shibusawa, known as the father of Japanese capitalism. Built in 1923 as an annex to this bank, what now stands behind the Tokyo Stock Exchange is "K5."

Once known as Japan's Wall Street, this area thrived in the past but gradually lost its vibrancy with the rise of online trading and the internet since the 1990s. To revitalize the town, Heiwa Real Estate spearheaded a long-term project to bring creators together and transform Kabutocho into an attractive destination once again.
