  • It was a very comfortable stay.

    The staff at the first-floor reception and lobby lounge were very pleasant and made me feel welcome. The Room had a separate washing area, which made bathing very comfortable as well. The variety and quality of the breakfast were excellent—I’d almost like to make this my regular Accommodation in Osaka. Just one thing: at the breakfast restaurant, a man who seemed to be the person in charge was giving quite strict instructions to an older female staff member, and his voice could be heard by guests. It didn’t leave a good impression. That female staff member was working very hard and sincerely.

  • The breakfast was truly wonderful!

    When I stayed previously, I didn’t have time because of my flight the next day, so I couldn’t have breakfast at the Hotel. Next time I stay, I will definitely choose a Plan that includes breakfast.The front desk staff and the restaurant staff were all very kind, and the service was excellent. It was a wonderful stay.

For example, we have carefully considered the fittings of even the smallest parts, such as doorknobs, faucets, and lighting in the guest rooms, ensuring a setup that satisfies even the most discerning guests. Additionally, through our connection with an art gallery, artworks that soothe the hearts of our guests are displayed throughout the Hotel.
