  • The staff were wonderful.

    Close to the station, with great convenience, a clean Room, and plenty of amenities. Above all, the staff were very courteous and helpful. Even when taking photos, a staff member kindly offered assistance, which made our stay comfortable. The meals were delicious as well—we were very satisfied. Thank you very much.However, it was disappointing that the window design seems difficult to clean and there was some dirt on it. I looked into it and it seems this was anticipated, but perhaps it turned out to be more challenging than expected.

  • I have stayed here m...

    I have stayed here many times, and it is a Hotel where I feel comfortable every visit, without ever sensing aging Facilities or service becoming routine. The quality of the coffee, tea bags, water, amenities, and housekeeping has been maintained (or even improved), and at a time when more Hotels are gradually lowering quality and service levels in the name of cost-cutting or environmental initiatives, I find reassurance in this Hotel’s unwavering commitment to hospitality.

For example, we have carefully considered the fittings of even the smallest parts, such as doorknobs, faucets, and lighting in the guest rooms, ensuring a setup that satisfies even the most discerning guests. Additionally, through our connection with an art gallery, artworks that soothe the hearts of our guests are displayed throughout the Hotel. Among them, there are high-class pieces worth tens of millions of yen, subtly exhibited, making it a space truly worthy of being called a museum Hotel.
