In accordance with the government's proposed "New Lifestyle" and the "Guidelines for Accommodation Facilities in Response to COVID-19" issued by the Japan Ryokan Association, Kyoritsu Resort has established its own response guidelines. As part of our measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19, we are implementing "Six Initiatives for Your Safety and Security." We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation to ensure the safety and health of both our guests and staff. 1. Attention and Care ● Upon arrival, we will check the health condition of all guests. ● If you feel unwell, please inform our staff. ● Please cooperate with hand sanitization upon entry and before meals. 2. Smart Operations ● We simplify check-in procedures to guide you to your Room promptly upon arrival, avoiding congestion in the lobby. (For information on using the Property, please refer to the "Facility Guide" provided in your Room.) ● We encourage "pre-payment" at check-out to reduce congestion and crowding. 3. Property Hygiene and Disinfection ● Alcohol-based sanitizers are placed throughout the Property. ● We thoroughly disinfect frequently touched areas and items in the Rooms. ● Hygiene patrol staff are assigned to regularly sanitize and disinfect the Property. 4. Hygiene Management in Dining Areas ● Buffet-style meals are replaced with individual servings (set menus). ● Seating arrangements are expanded to maintain approximately 2 meters of distance or include partitions to prevent droplet transmission. ● Depending on the Facility, meals may be served in your Room or in private (semi-private) dining spaces. ● All tableware, glasses, etc., are thoroughly disinfected with alcohol before use. 5. Prevention of "Three Cs" (Closed spaces, Crowded places, Close-contact settings) ● Social distancing is strictly maintained throughout the Property. ● Seating in the lobby, dining areas, night snack areas, and post-bath lounges is spaced approximately 2 meters apart or equipped with partitions to prevent droplet transmission. ● The number of users in large communal baths, smoking areas, and elevators is limited. ● Usage times are staggered to avoid crowding. 6. Ensuring Staff Safety and Security ● Daily temperature checks and health monitoring are conducted before work. ● Handwashing and sanitization are strictly enforced. ● Masks are worn during customer service interactions. ● Alcohol-based sanitizers are placed at the Property entrance, lobby, dining venues, and various locations within the Property. ● Regular disinfection using alcohol-based sanitizers is conducted multiple times daily in areas such as the front desk and restaurants. ● Staff are required to regularly sanitize their hands, gargle, check their temperature, and wear masks. ● Alcohol-based sanitization is conducted in back-of-house areas. ● Some Property Facilities (e.g., bars, karaoke rooms, relaxation areas) may be temporarily closed. ● Meals are individually plated and served, or provided by staff based on guests' requests. (Some dishes and beverages may be excluded.) ● To prevent droplet transmission, covers such as wraps may be used for each dish. ● Depending on the situation, the method, duration, and content of meal service may change.
