    Each Room has its own pool, and stepping out of the pool leads directly to the bathroom.It was great to be able to rinse off right after playing in the pool.There is also a shaded area by the poolside with a set of chairs and a table.I could relax nearby while watching my child play in the pool.Swimming at the beach next to the Hotel may be difficult, but the scenery is absolutely beautiful, so I highly recommend visiting!The food was delicious, and all of the Hotel staff were kind and helpful.I would love to stay here again if I have another chance to visit Miyakojima.Thank you very much!

  • Everything is wonderful!!!

    The day before, our flight was canceled due to a typhoon and it seemed the island had been closed off, so we were worried about whether we could go the next day. However, we decided not to change the dates and went as planned. The weather turned sunny and we were truly happy to be able to make it.Many staff members warmly welcomed us on arrival. They also took photos for us at the entrance to the photo spot, and there were welcome drinks available at the entrance as well. After that, we rode in a cart and were escorted to our Room. The view was wonderful, the bath was spacious, and there were plenty of amenities—everything exceeded our expectations.At breakfast buffet, the whole-grapefruit fresh juice was especially unforgettable. Everything was perfect, and we had a dreamlike stay! Thank you so much!!!

    At Seawood Hotel, we will host “88 Constellation Illumination 2026” in five sessions starting in September 2026, lighting up the nights of Kurima Island.

    The venue is the reflecting pool beyond the Seawood Arch, a symbol of Seawood Hotel.
    All 88 constellations in the sky will be expressed through lantern lights, creating a fantastical starry world together with their reflections on the water.

    From the beautiful dusk scenery to the 88 Constellation Illumination, MIYAKO GALAXY-DOME,
    and finally to Kurima Island’s real star-filled sky.

    ■ An Observatory Dome to “See” the Universe

    Using a large astronomical telescope, we will guide you through a variety of celestial objects.
    Multiple telescopes are installed in the observatory dome.
    You can observe various celestial bodies visible from Kurima Island that night.
    The objects viewed through the telescope are projected onto the adjacent LED planetarium dome, creating an immersive, lifelike sensation—as if you’ve leapt into space itself.
    We present a new style of digital stargazing that links telescope observation with planetarium projection.


    ■ A Planetarium Dome that “Projects” the Universe

    Vivid LED imagery that beautifully depicts the mysteries of space.
    Brilliant visuals and a stunning starry sky rendered by a high-definition LED dome system.
    In this fantastical space away from everyday life, you can experience the beauty, fascination, and wonder of celestial bodies—an entertainment planetarium is here.
    This is Japan’s first Facility to combine an observatory with an on-site LED planetarium.
