We used this hotel for a staycation to celebrate my friend’s birthday. They kindly provided a complimentary celebration card, a small gift, and even displayed “Happy Birthday” on the TV screen, which made my friend very happy. The location is great, and the Room was very clean; the staff’s thoughtful hospitality also made our stay truly enjoyable. We could see a bit of Tokyo Tower from the Room. At breakfast, the staff also wished my friend a happy birthday, and I was impressed by how well everything was coordinated. I recommend it both for visitors to Tokyo and for a staycation like ours.
らーならーな 2/7/2026Overall, the place was clean and the service was excellent. However, I noticed that the toothbrush cup had a bit of dust on it, and having more power outlets would have been even better.
